The Admiralty Bar Group
The ABG is a specialist organisation for barristers of England & Wales who practise Admiralty law. Its website includes information about the Admiralty Bar and the Admiralty Court and about the lectures and events on Admiralty themes which the ABG arranges.
The Admiralty Solicitors Group
The equivalent of the ABG for the solicitors’ profession, the ASG’s site contains information and contact details for firms which work in the field of Admiralty law and litigation. The site includes standard wordings produced by the ASG for issues which frequently arise in Admiralty litigation, such as collision undertakings and other security agreements, and submissions to jurisdiction, arbitration, or mediation.

The City of London Law Society
The CLLS is an association of more than 14,000 solicitors who work in the City, including specialists in commercial law and litigation. Combar
The Commercial Bar Association is the specialist professional association for barristers of England & Wales who practise commercial law, with more than 1,600 barrister members in over 40 sets of chambers. The website contains information about the services which commercial barristers offer to businesses worldwide; about Combar’s work to promote and maintain the position of England & Wales as the pre-eminent jurisdiction for the resolution of commercial disputes; and about Combar’s continuing professional development programme.

The Court’s official website, with information about litigating in the Commercial Court, contact details for the listing office and the Judges’ clerks, links to listing information, and posts about news items and upcoming events and initiatives organised by the Court.
Commercial Court Decisions on BAILII
The website of the British & Irish Information Institute contains transcripts of Commercial Court judgments from 1995 onwards. Judgments can be browsed alphabetically or by date, and BAILII’s database, which also contains judgments of other Courts and Tribunals in England & Wales and of the Courts in Ireland, Northern Ireland, and Scotland, is fully searchable.
Commercial Court Decisions At The National Archives
Transcripts of recent Commercial Court judgments are now also uploaded to a searchable database on the National Archives website, which includes judgments from 2003 onwards. The database also contains judgments from other Courts and Tribunals in England & Wales.
Court of Appeal Livestream
Selected appeals to the Civil Division of the Court of Appeal are livestreamed over the internet via the judiciary’s YouTube channel. The page contains the inks to current live hearings and to an archive page of recordings of previous appeals.
The Judiciary
The official website for the Judiciary of England & Wales, containing information about the organisation of the judiciary; the constitutional role of Judges, the structure of the Courts and of the Tribunals system; the membership of the senior judiciary; and judicial careers. The London Court of International Arbitration
One of the world’s leading institutions for the resolution of international commercial disputes through arbitration, the LCIA organises and administers references under its Arbitration Rules. The website contains the text of the Rules, information about the history, objectives, organisation, and membership of the LCIA, contact details, and information about costs and charges.
The London Maritime Arbitrators Association
Founded in 1960, the LMAA is an association of professional arbitrators who specialise in the resolution of shipping and other commercial disputes. The website contains professional information and contact details for the Associations’ full-time arbitrators; the text of the LMAA Terms and other procedural rules and guidelines which apply to LMAA arbitrations; and news about lectures and other events organised by the Association.
